Just Isaac (JI), an international hip-hop artist with an alternative style and piercing lyrics is carving out his spot among hip hop greats. His music has been described as inspirational, uplifting, and encouraging- A positive message laced with life's experiences.

JI was born in upstate New York and grew up surrounded by the musical talents of his parents. He earned his stripes and perfected his public persona while traveling the world as a member of the Canadian Olympic Boxing Team. JI went on to become Provincial Champion, National Champion, and Golden Gloves Champion.

One day while training JI heard a song that spoke to his heart in a way that only music could. He put down the gloves and picked up a microphone hoping to inspire people the same way he was inspired. JI had a natural ability to connect with the people and it wasn’t long before the warrior revealed the poet by writing, recording, and performing his own music.

As a lyricist and producer, JI’s music is cutting edge and crisp. His lyrics speak to the human struggle and celebrates each victory. In 2007 JI released his debut CD titled, "Remember Me. The title track of the same name featured a video viewed by millions worldwide. JI introduced his fans to his bare-it-all style of lyrical expression with a heart-felt ballad titled, “My Son”. The Remember Me project earned JI a loyal new fanbase and widespread radio play.

JI has collaborated and shared the stage with artists like Daylon Collins (Kirk Franklin), Willie D (Getto Boyz) Kim Davis, Ray Robinson, Johnny Roxx, and many more. JI’s second CD project titled “Just Wait” is a collection of music that is impartial in its raw content. It is a narrative of relationships, faith and love.
