- The title The Rejected Stone, is from a passage of scripture found at Luke 20:17 which refers to a stone which was rejected by builders that, in the end, became the chief cornerstone. Regarding the passage, Reverend Al says, “In the end, that sums up my life’s journey and so many of my people.”

- Reverend Al kicks off his national Book & Lecture Tour this week. Sharpton's book tour takes him through NY, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Atlanta, Chicago and Cleveland in the coming weeks.
