The NuBiAh Wax Museum exhibit is an empowering stage play musical that takes a look at the inner city challenges and obstacles that threaten the college matriculation plans of many urban youth. Two best friends are graduating high school and applying for full ride scholarships to a popular HBCU. They are both extra excited that they finally get a chance to get out of South Central Los Angeles. As a requirement for their scholarship, they must write a final paper from a mandatory attendance to the NuBiAh Wax Museum Exhibit being held at the nearby African American Arts Museum. Within the wax museum exhibit 3 kings and 2 queens magically come to life to give Sonny and Sydney key, time tested values, principles and traits that made them successful in ruling their empires.  The Griot (storyteller) guides them along the exhibit while emphasizing key life lessons to apply; such as development of a strong moral code and to be aware of every action you take, as well as the resulting consequences that follow. While on break from the exhibit in the local community, Sydney gets into a bullying situation with jealous high school dropouts who got word that the two may be attending Morehouse, Howard or Tuskegee University. Tensions escalate. …. The Griot gets more involved…. Many compelling scenes will keep you at the edge of your seat!
