Annie G. Walker deals with overcoming obstacles and abusive situations in Finding Annie.

Author Annie G. Walker grew up dealing with many abusive situations. Now she deals with those situations by sharing her experiences. The book is entitled “Finding Annie” and is written from a perspective of first-hand experience.

Annie drew from her many experiences growing up to come up with the book ideas. “Abuse has to stop,” the author said. “I’m hoping my story can help anyone who has gone through similar situations.”

Annie became interested in helping abuse victims. “I always wanted to help others, but, like most people, I didn’t know where to start. I decided to share my story and now I get a chance to make a difference.”

Annie G. Walker, aspiring writer and Senior Financial Analyst, is a Texas native and true southern belle. Annie completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Texas at Arlington. She later received her MBA in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Annie resides in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area with her loving and supportive husband, Lamont, and has three wonderful children.
